Returns

We offer 30-day money back guarantee return (not including shipping).
Send us email to info@renovationoutlet.ca with your request to initiate the return procedure.

Once we are notified and accept your return request, please follow these instructions below precisely to ship door handles (your order) back to us. That includes returning from USA via USPS service only.

Not following instructions will result in your return to be rejected at delivery. You would be responsible for paying the postage fees. Your refund will be issued within 1 week after the return is received.

To be eligible for a return, the item/s

Must not have been installed
Must be free of scratches and/or defects
Must be in resalable condition
Must be in the original packaging
Must not be missing pieces

Carriage costs are not refundable and return carriage is payable by the customer.

Return Instructions

As we don’t want to pay duties on the returned items, please follow these instructions:

1. All returned items must be shipped via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International. Please do not ship with UPS, FedEx, etc. In most cases the price of shipping would be in the range of $10-$50 USD.

2. The declared value of the package should be $40 USD.

3. Please make sure that the postal worker marks this shipment is a RETURN.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will credit your payment card account within 3 business days after the return is received. Returned goods which are not defective are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Warranty

Renovation Outlet offers one year warranty to all products from date of purchase. All warranties are void when products have been incorrectly installed, exposed to excessive loads or subject to abuse. Warranty does not include ANY labor cost..

Finishes

Our hardware items are protected with an electroplating coating to help prevent tarnishing. This protective coating has limitations and in time may deteriorate from handling, scratches, cleaning or exposure to atmospheric conditions. Eventual tarnishing is not a defect but a normal and unavoidable process. Finishes tones may vary.
